PunkBuster Bans Issues [UPDATE]

    Together with the 3rd party service providers we have taken steps to remove the faulty bans, and improve the protection against future fake bans.
    We have determined that the root cause resulting in the server bans is not directly related to Battlefield 3, but rather related to select 3rd party services which server owners can use in conjunction with PunkBuster to protect their servers.

    If you are able to log in to Battlelog, your account has not been banned by EA or DICE so there is no need to contact Customer Support.

    This issue did not affect Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 players of Battlefield 3.

    UPDATE: As seen in the comments, we are receiving reports that this issue is still affecting some players. We are continuing to investigate what may be causing this issue with some servers.

    If you are still experiencing problems please try joining other PunkBuster enabled servers - only a subset of servers are affected.

    had it working yesterday evening, now i cxant join at all, nice fix...... sick and tired of owning a overpriced game that i cant play.

    I am having this problem with all PB enabled servers. This after uninstalling PB, reinstalling it and updating the program. Any help would be appreciated as the game is not playable at this time.

    WTB working BF3....so much down time on this game. and no...its not fixed, i'm still getting kicked around like a soccer ball in a Mexican village, worst part is I don't even hack and wouldn't if there was no PB it just ruins the game...QQ

    I'm Getting this Error Everytime i try to login to one Specific Server,and don't know why other guys i know who had the punkbuster issue said it was fixed for theirs and i tried the same things they did and it works for every other server except this one, does anyone have any clue why?     for about the last week, when not kicked for PB errors, it would lag something terrible for about the first 5 minutes of play on a server and then run fine, now it lags something fierce the whole round for me. also, the kicks at map change seemed fine during the month of december, now it happens every time theres a map change. get the nice "something went wrong" error... no shit, you really think so?

GLOBAL PunkBuster GUID BAN I contacted EA, PB, GGC several times but nothing. GGC wrote: clear it with EvenBalance, EA: can't do anything, PB: "you are surely cheater, you need new cd-key" -.- THANK YOU! I'm not cheater, only some stupid kids reported me when I kicked they out of my server. They repeatedly violated the server rules. I thrown out more than $65 unnecessarily.

    @zz910323 Really? You were banned because some kids reported you, and EA didn't even check the services/processes running in your pc at the time of the ban? That's kind of scary. I had some noobs reporting me today because, allegedly, i was cheating (when, in reality, i don't even know how to cheat). I just hope i don't get a senseless ban.
