> The Commander of T1OEU. Will organise and keep T1OEU running. Does mostly administrative tasks.

Colonel-General (the online Field Commander during a scrim)
> A (temporary) position held by one of 4 Colonel-Majors. The Colonel-General will be in charge of an entire Regiment (comprising of 4 SECTION's, or 40 men) and will be the one that arranges a scrim and will be in charge during the duration of such as the Field Commander.

NOTE: The Colonel-General position will be held by a Colonel-Major during the planning and execution of a scrim and after that the Colonel-Major will be replaced with another, unless agreed otherwise.

Colonel-Major:
> As Colonel: A semi-administrative rank; Colonel, which is a SECTION-Commander, will organise and run one of 4 SECTION's of 10 soldiers. His task will be to assign squad leaders, create tactics and strategies, recruitment of soldiers and to represent his SECTION in the Council of T1O.

> As Major: Leader of a squad. Holds the same responsibilities as the Captain, only this position is reserved for the Colonel of the SECTION, so that the Colonel will actually see online action as well and will not be confined to administrative purposes.

Captain
> A leader of a squad. His task will be to lead his troops online, assign roles within the squad and assist the Colonel in creating tactics, strategies, effective loadouts etc. He will also further represent his squad on the Council of T1OEU, next to the Colonel-Majors.

Private.
> Though a low rank in real life military terms, within T1OEU these are the common members without any administrative purpose. This does NOT mean that they're less valuable than higher ranks; they are simply free of administration and these men and women will make the difference online.

> Consists of 4 SECTION's. Is commanded by a Colonel-General.

SECTION
> Commanded by the Colonel-Major, a SECTION will consist of two squads of 5 men. One of these squads is commanded by a Captain, whilst the other is commanded by the Colonel-Major.

Squad
> A small group of 5 men headed by a squad leader, which is a Captain or Colonel-Major. Two squads make up a SECTION.

Aide-de-Camp (Adjutant) to Commander T1OEU
> This is merely an administrative position held by a Colonel. His duties are to personally help the Commander T1OEU in organising and maintaining T1OEU.

Field Commander (Online only!)
> The overall commander in charge of an online team. This position will be reserved for a Colonel-Major, whom will create tactis and strategies before a scrim and will execute those as the Field Commander. He is aided online by his Aide-de-Camp, whom he may choose himself.

Aide-de-Camp to Field Commander (Online only!)
> Will assist the Field Commander during online play. This position is reserved for whomever the Field Commander (Colonel-Major) is most comfortable with.

Council of T1O
> Council meetings will basically be a leader meeting to discuss matters regarding T1OEU and reflect on fought scrims. The Council will comprise of the Commander T1OEU + Adjutant, the Colonel-Majors and the Captains, the latter will actively represent the men within the individual squads. By means of this Council, everyone will have a say in this clan and we can all make it better.
