IF YOU HAVE A SPM OF 400 OR ABOVE AND A KDR OF 1.5 AND ABOVE YOU DO NOT NEED TO GO THROUGH A TRYOUT.
The Army of Anarchy [AoA] is looking for new members to swell the ranks.
We, like many other clans are gearing up for Battlefield 4. We are more than happy to accept applications from anyone that thinks they fit the mold.
We look for players with a good K/D and SPM to be sure. But we have other deciding factors that are a bit more important to the clan as a whole. Here's a short overview for you to look over.
Team communication -
Are you able to keep up, and follow orders?
Are you calling out enemies/targets/objectives, etc.?
Are you spotting enemy movement, objectives, vehicles and players?
Attitude -
Are you a positive player, that can keep their head up when the odds are down?
Are you good about vocalizing what makes you angry without a rage fit/quit?
Are you committed to the team, accomplishing the objective, and winning the match, no matter the cost? I.E. --Killing one's self blowing a tank with C-4 to save a fellow AoA member capping an objective.
Dedication -
Are you committed to spending time with Leaders, Senior Members, and other team leaders in empty rooms to strategize?
Are you willing to sacrifice K/D for the good of the team?
Are you playing the objective for the TEAM?
Are you active on the forums, and with the AoA members in game?
Don't look at this list in any intimidating kind of way. We have a great time when we all play, and we're all a bunch of goofballs. But when it comes time to play hard, we do.
We win through righteous kills, ticket bleeding, and map domination.
We have very few requirements.
We are a mature, intense player base. We have our eyes set on competitive matches in the future.
As for when you join, You will go through a two week recruiting period where you will be evaluated on performance, team communication, attitude, general skill and participation. We ask all recruits to add the members of the AoA through our Roster section on our website.
Now that you know the basics, why not fill out an application? Even if you don't stick around in the AoA, you'll have battle buddies for life.
