Add one of the leaders to become eligible for joining the KFE Platoon

Currently we are in a beta stage of expending the Killing For Ever group to Origin.

Rules Origin beta:

1.0: An official KFE Clan Tag is necessary in-game.
1.1: Keep the Clan Tag visible and correct in-game.
2.0: Respect all the members of this Platoon. If you are encountering problems, contact an administrator right away.
2.1: Offensive behaviour in this Platoon is not allowed. If the team detect unsuspicious behaviour, then they will take appropriate action.
3.0: The usage of cheat and/or mod software in this Platoon is not allowed. If you use any kind of this violating software, then we are forced to remove you out of this Platoon immediately.
4.0: Boosting & glitching is not allowed. You will not receive support for being banned due to violating on or more code of conduct(s).
5.0: These rules may change from time to time. Make sure you to check back often to see if any changes have been made.
