Hey dude! Try this!

Go into C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 3 , after that, uninstall PB using PBSVC, Delete the PB folder, After that, go to C:\Windows\System32 (It's called SysWOW64 if you are using Windows 64-bit) and delete PnkBstrA, PnkBstrB and PnkBstrB.ex0. Then, restart your PC and reinstall PB by using the PB install from http://www.evenbalance.com/index.php?page=pbsetup.php [evenbalance.com]
Add BF3 to the list of games, then click at ''Check for updates'', it will reinstall PB. When that is done you are supposed to go back to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 3 and Reinstall PB the 2nd time using PBSVC. And when that is done, restart your PC and if you have followed these steps carefully and precise, it will work and solve your issue that you are experiencing!

see your other post. Just try pbsetup.exe first and it should update PB for you without having to uninstall anything.
