Same here and I have tried on both IE and Fire Fox :(
UPDATE: I updated the "shockwave for director" plugin for firefox and it has stopped prompting me to install the bf3 browser plugin :) Everything works as per usual. Only problem still unresolved is I can't watch the video in the premium section :(

If you are using Firefox 12, try updating or installing (if you haven't already) "Shockwave for Director" plugin. It worked for me.

have you tried clearing your browser cache first then installing the bf browser plugin? I cleared my cache first then updated the shockwave for director plugin, then installed the bf3 plugin and it worked. Not sure what browser you are using though.

hmmm..... One last thing then I'm all out of ideas... When you download the bf3 browser plugin, save it to your hard drive and when you go to run it try running it as administrator. I know your default user account is probably an admin account, but I have had issues in the past where running something as admin makes it work even though my default account is an admin account.

Good luck buddy :)

I got it working by going into the Local Disk (c) program files(x86) Battlelog Web Plugins. Then i Delete the last update and the new one. Then down load the new one again and nows its working. And i dont have a glue when it comes to computers. Hope it works for you............

Hi guys, I was having this issue and solved it with a luck (or didn't) I guess, But anyway you won't lose anything then try this:

PUT " https:// " BEFORE THE "battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/ "

try this then report the result here please...
