So, I recently bought premium (like 5 mins ago) and when I heard that second assault was out I went to download it. However, all the store had to offer me was "NULL NAME" with "NULL DESCRIPTION". Anyone else having this problem (or had it)?

I bought premium when it came out and it wouldn't work for me either so they suggested deleting and redownloading I did that now mine says null name as well
Yep they both say null name for me too, but the one with the little blue icon next to it is second assault, go ahead and download that if you haven't already.
DICE aren't all-knowing; they're just people. Maybe the solution you've come up with is better than what they've come up with, and if you don't let them know about your idea then they're going to implement the one they came up with and not know any better.

Same here dude, when I enter the store it says premium and null name. It's a damn shame.
Not an Xbox One player, but it says the same for China Rising, as it was a pre-order bonus and all it does is lets you download it for free. I was really looking forward to playing it after school the day me and my brothers dad got it for us. sorry to hear this though
Yeah same here for me as well I can't get the maps. I just bought it like 20 minutes ago myself and it keeps telling me to buy dlc when I try to enter into the map. This is ridiculous get paid today and come home happy to get on some Metro and naturally I need to call Xbox Live and contact EA about a refund cause I could have used that towards something more productive. Good thing I caught this now and didn't buy my friend his premium as well would have been out 100 bucks.
they should fix that for you guys, that's disappointing
They probably won't even say anything about it or give us an update as to why it's broken and shit. If you curse I bet money they'll come in here and give you a warning though >.< they do more forum moderating than game fixing which is sad.
thats strange, downloaded it at the X1 Release and played the new-old maps just a few hours ago... maybe its caused of the battlelog update? can't tell
Same here... I am a day one Xboxone owner, premium member...... no new maps!!!!!
The EA online chat operator told me they are having datas syncronization issues, and I should be patient for something like 5 days. After that I should be able to play new maps.....
But they took my money right away... they didn't wait 5 days though.... Five days???? What is it a slow motion debug??? How could you possibly give me what I paid for, 7 days later???? Must be premium priority!!!!! The worst BF ever... this is not even a beta.... is an alpha!!!!!
I complained to EA support about this same issue. I was told the following:

you: I purchased the Xbox One on day one along with transferring my Xbox 360 owership of Battlefield 4 with Premium to the Xbox One. From day one I have not been able to access or see the availability of the Second Assault DLC. I have tried accessing the in game store to download and the only thing that populates is "Null Name" with a download symbol next to it.
Vinya: Alright Mike !!
Vinya: Would you mind if I place your chat on hold for couple of minutes to look into the issue?
Vinya: Second Assault can be found in the Battlefield 4 in-game store for those Battlefield 4 Premium players on Xbox One who have already redeemed their Premium membership.
you: I understand that. I have already attempted that. No success.
Vinya: Alright than Mike i request you to wait for some time, please contact us after some time.
you: Really?! That's not an acceptable customer service answer. If I wait some time I will just end up in line with the all others who did not get premium. That tells me that there was no good reason for me to get it and I'm getting screwed and not cared for when putting my money in for your product!
Vinya: I understand your disappointment Mike however this is the update that we have right now.Once we get any new update regarding this issue we will inform you. our team is investigating this issue.I apologize for the trouble.
Wait for some time!!!! What a joke. I hadn't had so much a problem or disappointment with EA and Dice even with the troubles of Battlefield 3 but this really is bothering me!
They told me something similar. I escalated the issue.
Same for me.... same words... same bshit..... Why don't we make a thread requesting our premium money back???
