Same problem here. You're supposed to get it by earning I think its 441,000 points in coop (enough unlock the G3A3). I'm wondering, I haven't completed the last 2 coop missions... Has everyone else with the service star but not the dog tag completed all missions?

I completed all the missions. I haven't done them on all difficulties though.

All Missions completed and about 480'000 co-op points. Everything unlocked and earned service star 1. But no MP-career points and no dog tag for service star 1!!!!

Same here. Unlocked all weapons. 4 out of 6 completed on hard, 5 out of 6 completed on medium, and 6 out of 6 completed on easy. One service star showing. Do you have to unlock the achievement of all Co op missions on hard?
