What happens when you have enough snipers, rockets, and mortars to blow all of Tehran into Kingdom Come? A huge stalemate where only suicide as an attacker would be a gift from Zeus himself.
There is no way to fix this issue. The map was entirely flawed from the start. It's proof that chokepoints aren't what Battlefield is about. Especially since this isn't Team Fortress 2 or Call of Duty.
You can't push, and you don't rotate positions during a round.
Maybe a way to fix this is to give Assault the ability to ubercharge. So a player becomes invincible while they trek down the humongous choke points that is most of Grand Bazaar.

I assume you are one of the ones that play the middle of the map?

I'm the sort of guy that's all over the map trying to find the easiest route. Straight ahead, the open road, was entirely snipers. 3 snipers on their side, and 2 snipers on our side. I dislike saying that the enemy on the other team had some skill, but they totally did. I had to use the Infared just to get spots out on them, which made me feel cheap.
Through the alleyways was at least 1 engineer per square foot of walkable land. Along with his support buddy.
I would honestly say that the enemy team was stacked, but I feel that I'd be complaining too much.
It makes much more sense that the map is at fault, since being an attacker on that map is quite hard if the opponent is of equal skill level.

Whoops, forgot that map even existed because it's so horrid. I guess Grand Bazaar is the runner up.

Oops! I didn't realize you were trolling! I missed the "ubercharge" part in your OP. Carry on!

Ya if you stand in the Alleyway you're asking for it, but with Junction, Highway, and all the little side alleys, there's TONS of flanking opportunities. Also, its probably the easiest map to counter mortars because you can plop one down and hit a mortar spammer even in their uncap from most spots on the map.

Bazaar is nice, dunno what this is all about.
Metro and Damavand should only be played in Rush Mode.

visually it's the best map imo. The rain hitting the ground and everything, gorgeous looking map.

Try Bazaar on 32 player. This map was designed for that number. If there's still heaps of spamming and the game doesn't get anywhere. It's not the maps fault but the players.

I only play on 32 player. A lot of the problems that people describe with maps doesn't exist on 32 player, although it does get a little slow on Operation Firestorm and similar maps at times.

a few maps i think arent tht great, bazaar and metro just doesnt feel like old school battlefield, the chokepoints suck and stalemates happen too often. seinne is ok a little more open but basically its a campers dream come true. nosh canals, firestorm are pretty good, a nice flow with a good coexistance for both soldiers and vehicles. just my opinion but i think caspian is the best map in the game for its nice balance for vehicles and soldiers. kharg to me seems like its dominated by the helis, jets, and tanks. oh... and snipers. damavand i really havent had alot of exp on but the outside fighting is interesting you can get some nice battles out there. the tunnels seem to have that chokepoint stalemate problem.
