Hi,
I just brought the game lately and I found out that there is a problem with it

So, when I launched the game, it keep saying " Failed Creating D3D device on adapter "Intel(R) HD Graphics" with driver "uknown". Error is DXGI_ERROR_ UNSUPPORTED ("Unsupported")

I am using Acer Aspire 4741 with 8GB of Ram and Intel core i5-430M processor. Can anyone help me ASAP ?

Thank you

I've just installed this game and I'm getting the same sort of thing. "Failed creating D3D device of at least version 10.0 on adapter "NVIDIA GeFroce 7600 with driver "28566". Error is DXI_ERROR_UNSUPPORTED ("Unsupported.").
This is typically caused by not having the minimum required DirectX support in the GPU. For NVIDIA GPUS< DirectX 10.0 support is required...

I have DirectX 11 installed, so what's this all about?

So, I bought an ASUS GTX 560 Ti board and installed it. The game ran a couple of times and now it's giving me this damned error again. I am extremely disillusioned with this piece of software. What the hell is going on? My system is, Intel Pentium 4 running at 3.6 GHz, 4 GB RAM, WIndows 7 64 Bit, ASUS GTX 560 Ti and DirectX11. What more do I need? Oh yes, and I've updated the driver to the latest version 296.10.

What a complete load of crap! I spent $50 and 3 hours installing, downloading, reading service agreements, updating, installing crapware on my computer, downloading more updates, and when i finally get ready to play the damn game i get this criptic message that i have to decode telling me that my graphics card is out of date??!?!?!!! WTF!!! This is utter and total BS. Why did you waste my #!@$!#$! time. What a bunch of crooks scamming people into buying their broken software. I have 512 of vmeg ram and directx 10.1 on my radeon 1600. This isn't at all obvious that on the packaging that i needed a different graphics card. Screw you EA games.

Funniest topic, ever.

Intel cards can barely run TF2 and counter-strike at medium settings.

Well Im running a brand new HD 6990 with 11.12 drivers. I have uninstalled direct X, reinstalled it. and same with the game. Game wont run and everything is working in dxdiag. everything worked until the patch came out. So its up to EA to fix this, Ive spent too many hours as it is, trying to find a fix...

It's pretty much a HUGE YELLOW BUTTON on the center left of your screen where you can read "FEEDBACK SUPPORT" IMO
And then, you can choose "live chat", and you're good to go.

Integrated Intel "graphic" card - no game for you, at least not playble one.
Geforce 7600 - Direct 9 hardware support.
Radeon x1600 - Direct 9 hardware support.

If you don't know basic hardware stuff you are realy not alowed to whine :-/
