Screen stuck on loading on map change

Anyone else getting stuck at Loading screen ( black screen ) when the map changes?


EDIT: Found a temporary fix, when the round is over and the screen goes black, alt-tab out of the game before the ribbons and awards are rewarded, wait a bit until there's some hdd activity signaling the new map is loading then alt tab back in. Works for me and some other people

EDIT 2:I found another good fix for this problem, right click your bf3.exe inside your Origin/battlefield 3 folder, and select "Disable visual themes and Disable desktop composition". You don't have to alt tab anymore with this, hope it will work for you as well

yes, before the 3.9gb update it would happen 30% of the time, now its 95% of the time, what is the solution ? ....ruins the game !

same here! I've been on a server for more than 2 hours without this issue, maybe it is caused on server side (server update?)

there are like 50 threads like this.. but lets keep them coming so maybe dice will do something :S..

yep me too. and they also nerfed my fav weapon and ir scope:( maybe its time to try mw3.

I've got the same issue... before the patch it happened occasionally... now after the patch it happens on every map change... annoying :(

Yes stuck on loading screen after one or two maps and if im lucky maybe a third..
