Here is an idea.....
Report them to PSN and DICE. Record their PSN names off the video, and send their names and the video link to DICE. They patched MAV riding out, so OBVIOUSLY they do not want you to be doing that. Therefore, it makes it against the ToS for both EA and Sony to glitch like they are doing.
That might be a tad more effective than getting trolled on the BF3 forums.

exit the MAV before hitting someone.
you get a kill and your MAV will be intact.

By the way, anyone saw in the video the date of update in the PS3? it's 10/03/2012....the patch was released at 26/03/2012...

Are you an idiot? It's not like they're cheating. Yeah, DICE patched the MAV with the intent to get rid of its ability to be rode, but clearly something about how they patched left it possible to ride, albeit more difficult. You're trying to tell me that it's against the ToS to do something in a video game that ANYONE can do? No. It would be against the ToS if it were cheating, but this is simply exploiting a glitch, something that anyone can do. So therefore, it's not against the ToS and you're an idiot.

i tried it myself it works....
just go prone and you can MAV ride.
Yeah it matters because now tehran highway will be shit to play on like before the patch.

and dice fails again...how far are your heads stuffed up your rectums? the more I've seen and played the post patch game, the more I'm convinced they made all the changes based on theoretical ideas without actually trying any of it out.

Exploiting is cheating! Perhaps you should check your ToS to verify. If DICE meant for you to get on buildings, they would have added stairs to do so. Being that the game does not render properly, (a lot of clipping issues) that also shows they never meant for players to be able to do that.
Before they patched it you could get a 3 day ban from Sony if someone reports you for MAVing on buildings.
So how is this NOT cheating? Everyone can cheat too, just jerk-offs tend to do it.
