server owner may kick when people are braking some obvious rules or to make room for a friend etc. but the yare not allowed to just outright ban people for killing him cause the server owner cant camp in peace with his sniper.

it happens, a few days ago me and my friend where playing rush HC on operation metro, and we just advanced to the third set of crates. We just took them and i got killed by a siper while i was on my bipod in a corner, i spawned saw the sniper that killed me so i guned him down, only to find out me and my friend got banned at the same time, just because we both had over 40 kills, and had around 20ish deaths, giving admin power to anyone comes with problems. I try to stay away from rented servers now, i have only found a couple of good rented servers but they r gone now. I only whish that dice and ea would have more servers open, and not force most of us to choose a rented server.

There is no rule that states this. Do you really think people purchase servers if they can't EVER ban? Why would that function even be there if the server gets removed as a result of using it?

Have you went to the BF3 twitter? They've stated numerous times that on CONSOLE private servers, admins can do as they please. The link you posted is for PC console owners, and it also doesnt say a fucking thing about not being permitted to ban for camping.

whatever dude. i can only post screenshots of the messages i got from him stating that i got banned cause i wasnt using the sniper(most players werent)).

wich according to his server name "SNIPER LOBBY" is a violation according to the ea tos.

I have not and likely will not be renting a server, ever. The fact is, you are just assuming there is some special rule for not being a dick as an admin. There is not. They can kick and ban anyone for anything.

How do you know you were not kicked to allow a friend in? My understanding also is if an admin wants to join, and all the slots are full, you have to ban a player to get in. Prove that wasn't the case. That server could have 10 admins. You have no idea why he banned you. You cannot possibly prove anything either. Just accept it and find a good server.

Better yet, instead of crying about the bad ones, praise the good ones. Why is everything always about the negative?

EDIT: And then here you go covering up your original gripe, saying that he was saying it's a sniper only server. Nice try. You don't go into a server clearly breaking the TOS and then get mad for getting kicked. You knew it would happen.

They don't need rights to kick you. They can do what they want. Let us know when they take his server down...

look around in the forums a little and you notice that plenty of servers have been terminated because of the tos violation so far.

wtf dude? read my posts. did i make up that i got banned for killing admin while he was camping in the tower? did i make up that he is ciolating the server tos?? look at the fucking stuff i posted b4 u go all smart lol.

and yes there is plenty of people complaing on the forums that they lost their servers for breaking the tos rules.

next time when you get banned from somewhere i highly doubt that it makes yo ureally happy imho.

I won't get banned. If I do I'll just go play on OUR SERVER. Problem = solved.
