Thanks For Ruining BF3 By Removing DICE Servers

People shouldn't have to rent a server just to play normal settings. :< That being said, I agree wholeheartedly with this guy

Even if you do a search for P24 you can find some DICE servers, but you cannot save them to Favorites...
Additionally, All the DICE Epic Battles servers are gone.

this is even more annoying in rush the defending teams need to have a lot attrition to play in 350 ticket server that games last so long its mind numbing. But searching dice usually finds me one or two severs run by them.

Well once BF3 starts to drop down the top played XBL list...maybe they'll take notice of the issue.

Havent you been paying attention? Cant you read? You can search all day long for Dice servers, none of them are OWNED BY DICE. They are all rented servers mimicking Dice servers.

I think it's funny how more people still play Black Ops than BF3. Way to go Dice. You really "nailed it" with BF3.

I agree. This is one of the reasons I haven't gone on in two weeks. And now that I hear DICE servers are mostly if not completely gone. I just don't care about the game anymore. DICE has consistently, one step at a time been going in the direction that does not suit me what so ever.

Does anyone know of a platoon, acting as a petition for more EA/DICE servers, that I can join?

I just hate those rush games were the attacking tickets are 100+. Guaranteed loss for the defending team, unless they are really really that bad

While I really don't like COD since say...COD4...you have to give respect to the game's functionality, it's easy and quick to get into fun games.

I don't have to sit in a silly server browser cycling through pages and pages to find a good server...a normal official one.

Both publishers and developers are very lazy these days and I can't believe for a second professional game designers don't for see these issues.

I mean seriously...who's bright idea was it to mix rented servers where anything goes with the official ones on the same damn list?

I've avoided Rush because of this. I was in one game with 3 platoon friends. Even with teamwork we'd get to 25 tickets left and something would go wrong. You get tired over time. The worst however was when we got down to 1 ticket and someone couldn't figure out how to defuse. I raged quit after that.

^This=SO TRUE! Sometimes you even see "DICE" servers that say "Conquest", but they're not. They're a mix of Conquest and Rush. (They're usually run by someone other than DICE, too.

I've wasted so much time trying to find a server I want to play on that I ended up spending more time searching than playing when I was done!!

It's gotten so bad that I've resorted to putting in the bf3 campaign disc and playing through it on highest difficulty. Totally avoiding multiplayer!

I agree with you. I was really looking forward to the new DLC expansion coming this June, but with the way things are right now on the server browser where we can't filter only official EA/DICE servers, I don't have time to be wasting searching through pages and pages of rented servers I care nothing about.

When I have time to game, I want to game, I don't want to be put through a gauntlet of ridiculous server browser issues.

Give me official DICE servers, and I'll come back to play, and I'll gladly buy the DLC.

I've done that. The campaign is pleasantly entertaining.
