[Bug or hack]

The whole Problem here is simply called ClientSideHitdetection aka Netcode.
Its a piece of shit and it was from the start.
Just try to avoid PeakTimes like Sunday Evening and use only server with low ping.

There is no way to fix it, sorry, iam struggling with this shit too...

Didn't care to see all of them but here's my opinion on those that i watched.

The 3d one is do to client sided hit reg = even though you are long gone behind cover, it doesn't mean that you are behind cover for him (do to this maybe he's exploiting this issue, so he got huge ping like 200 or above or something like that)

the other ones are maybe bug or hack, don't know for sure but I've met some of these flying, where they go from almost dead to full strength in one sec.
