I am sorry DICE, but your netcode is possibly one of the worse netcodes I have ever encountered in a fps. 60% of peoples shots when they matter, DO NOT REGISTER. You have people who run around behind walls and still die to gunfire 3-4 seconds after they break around the corner. Clearly your netcode is designed for XBOX360 and PS3 and you just ported it to PC, because it's based on lag, not low latency.
I could have 30 ping and it doesn't change the fact that shots go through people and register based on lagged animations. It's getting to the point for me, where I seriously don't even want to login anymore, because it's just not fun. If it was something that occured once and a while, whatever, but this is an ongoing situation that only seems to get worse each patch, not better.
Not sure what your going to do about it, but you really need to fix this garbage, it truly effects gameplay more than you think it does.

The corner thing is absolutely true. Its extremely annoying and ruins the game.

I don't know what you guys have done. But the game is horrid now. I can't even play without getting killed 10 steps around a corner. Dice screws up its games because little kids cry like always.

I've never had a death 3-4 seconds after rounding a corner. Don't get me wrong, I notice it, but I believe you're being a bit dramatic.
Typically when it happens I will duck behind cover, and the second I hit the ground, it registers and I die.
I agree it is annoying, but it's not "that" bad.
I will /sign this anyway though.

this is what happened when they switched focus from pc to console alpha had server side hit detection now we have the consoles client side but this topic is like beating a dead horse cuz it wont be fixed cuz EA is probably about to give dice a deadline on bc3 cuz they already got our money and looking to squeeze out some more out of us

heh 3-4 seconds really? it is a stretch, however the sync is off...the VERY SAME that turned me off from bc2.....typical greed/port/useless users/grrr...however, the port monkeys seem to think its ok and competitive......oh and that we will just be ok with it.
lets just say the world descends into a mad max style of life, what would these greedy people say then i wonder? would they still try and milk the public when the public has the same arms depicted in the game.....hahaha what a fine social experiment that would be...

Server Side hit detection is BS you have to lead the target to aim dont know where you got this stuff from but believe me client side is the best for a good bullet shooting feeling and client side can also be done without the annoying delay that BF3 has look at CS they have done it right since they moved to client side back in the old beta days

I tried entering a tank, and then dying. Tank and tankdriver at full heatlh, but I somehow died after entering the tank... But I don't find this ALWAYS happening....

Need gamers rights laws to protect us from unworthy products. Not one law that protects us from the gaming industry. But one day in the not so distant future we will have them, laws that is.
One more thing I'd like to say. The future generation of devs will all have grown up on consoles. Meaning PC gaming will die and you or I can't do a thing about it. I said this when the Dreamcast came out. First console to come with an OS from Microcrap which was Windows CE. And look where we are today with the consoles and what Microcrap has done with the Xbox.
Watch and see what the next gen console can and will do. You'll see more people jump ship to the console. And when that happens it will make companies like EA jump for joy.
