    Hi, yesterday i have bought a new pc and i have installed it.
    Today, I have downloaded BF3 via Origin and i have tried run the game and this silly error appears:

    Please help me. :(

    P.S. I have tried the reinstall the game. It doesn't works.

    I was getting a similar error after rebuilding my PC. I found that after I installed a game (on Steam) that had DirectX, the error went away.

    So maybe try installing another DirectX game, or just download and install DirectX seperately.

    ive been wanting to play this game since i got it from Origin sadly i get a similer Error but instead it says at the bottom CreateDXGIFactory1. i dont know what this means and i dont know how to fix this all that i know is that it has something to do with my Direct X or something like that some one please help me before EA looses another BF Fan!

    I had this problem too.
    On Origin, right-click on Battlefield 3 and look for updates.
    It should update and solve.

    try updating your graphics card driver to the newest one. I had this happen to be after the HD I had BF3 went belly up on me. Forgot to install graphic driver and kept getting that same message.

    yy the same problem here, 1 year after release,rly stupid,hope it work after complete update.
