As people have stated change the PSU. That one is probably going to fail you. The PSU is the last component you want to save money with.
Also if you can afford get a nVIDIA 570 instead.
Time to add the ability to remove the retarded blue tint, supernova and suppression.

Dont know if your an Nvidia fanboi or anything, but bang-for-buck has ALWAYS been AMD/ATIs strong suit. I would go with an MSI Twin Frozr II or III 6950. Their both unlockable to a 6970 and their pretty damn cheap. Im SURE you could find the Twin Frozr III for less than the 480 is (I got my TF II for 200 after a 50 mail in rebate like 6-8 months ago) Plus they run cooler than any card Ive ever had and they OC like a BEAST with MSI afterburner.

i ti wil beat it in certain things they are both close in performance. the 480 is old and outdated yea they are both around the same price now. 5 months ago the 480 was like almost 400.
here is the compare stats of the two.

Well 480 is better then a 6950 so..As far as I know Powercolor are the only 6950's left that can unlock. Even so if dont unlock your stuck with a card that performs worse... If the 480 wasn't cheap right now it wouldn't be a question. I do agree AMD is usually the price performance king. When 7870/50 hit shelves will have to see prices.
Whats the comparison about? that 560 ti 448? lol

MSIs Twin Frozr II and III arent reference boards, so they arent having the same thing about the new reference schematics not being unlockable. MSI is so confident in their card that they have a pre-unlocked BIOS specially for the TF III on their website. And Toms Hardware has one for the TF II (which is the card I have). Works great for me, but I wont deal with Nvida.

Dont pick that rosewill psu. Cheap psu's will either die on you fast or fuck you shit up. Its fine if you want to go cheap, but dont go cheap on a PSU.
