[PS3] Cant download Close Quarters.

Hi,
I got the problem that if i try to download CQ from Premium-Menu, it sends me back to premium main menu.
So i went to the ingame store to donwload it there but it isnt there i cant find it.
I tryed to find it in PS Store but it isnt there . .
Im from germany, got a PS3 and yes I got premium.

Obviously nobody at EA cares about this...no statement concerning this problem. I'm really annoyed about the communication with customers.

Can't download either (living in Germany as well). EA and DICE are aware of the problem as the @Battlefield Twitter account has been literally flooded with tweets like these: http://bit.ly/LhOafh [bit.ly]

Needless to say I'm dissapointed as well as I just shoved out 50€ for a stupid knife skin and some teflon coated dog tags :-/

It's not like they're going to give you a different answer from: "We know about this Problem and are working on it.", Or something. I read that they are aware of this bullshit and are working on a fix. I REALLY FUCKING HOPE SO.

I just gonna spamm them : ) They probably know but they got their money so they dont need to hurry . . thats why i spamm.
And btw. they probably need to add CQ to the German store cause i dont see it there . . . they are just to lazy :)

I just got a reply from EA customer service:

I understand that you are unable to play or download the close quarter due to freezing which hamper the game fun really. In this case, I will definitely try to resolve your issue.

Please perform the following steps, before launching the game.

1. From the XMB menu, select Network.

2. Select Internet Browser.

3. After the Internet Browser appears press the Triangle button.

4. Select Tools on the Options menu.

5. Select Delete Cookies or Delete Cache then select Yes to confirm.

Now reboot the PS3 and then go for the option update. After going through all these steps you will be able to play the new expansion and let me know if the issue still persist.
