Eh, I want to quit smoking cigarettes too. :(

Some ideas that I come up with is that I keep myself occupied at all times.

Time my cigarette breaks I take, like every 4 hours or whatever. Then making that time expand between. Like the next would be 5 hours instead of 4.

Taking a bath when I want a cig.

Doing 20 push ups everytime I feel like I need one.

Staying OFF the computer or gaming too much.

Avoiding tv.

Shopping/going out in public. Less time driving.

Doing the things I love most, tanning, swimming... etc. Do what interests you. o.O;

Oh, and smoking lights. :D

If you want, I will make a thread and quit smoking with you. I've gotten really bad -- : Smoking from 3 cigs a day to a pack a day. And if I have an extra pack with me it'd be a pack and a half. :O

But hey we all need encouragement. I'd be more than happy to check up on you and having the encouragement from the other smokers to quit smoking. =O Day by day.
