I know about the whole "Dino Mode" thing, so yeah. But all that talk aside, there's a lot of dinosaurs in Battlefield 3 for some reason. There's the dinosaur in single player during Thunder Run. There are the little dinosaur figurines in Wake Island. There's the dinosaur dog tag. Is there something I'm missing?

I know...a little dinosaur to add some humor to the campaign and people go crazy...IMO the dinosaur kinda symbolized his son since when miller gets killed solomon says something like ¨kids get attached to so little and meaningless things¨

Basically an Activision rep went on 4chan (why is that a place you would ever look for advice on anything?) and asked the b/tards their opinion on Modern Warfare 1/2/3 (whichever, they're all the same) and what they would like to see improved. The community (being b/tarded and all) replied that MW didn't have enough dinosaurs (unacceptable). DICE, trying to one-up Activision with BF3 in every way possible, decided to stick that little toy dinosaur in the game just to kind of make fun of Activision. The BF3 community then took that funny, subtle joke and completely ruined it (as they tend to do to everything) by dragging it out to a stupid extreme with "DINO MODE PLZ!!"
And that's why we can't have nice things.
