I tried out JNG-90, got 600 kills to it and went back to M40A5.

I use the L96 when playing US, and JNG when playing RU. Both are pretty awesome.

I got 700 kills with M98B, at mid-long distances it's a lot easier to learn for a "new" sniper because of non-existant bullet drop and high bullet velocity, but I run around with 8x and PTFO as aggressive recon so M40A5 is my pick, it has faster pullback time too.
And I loved M40A5 in BC2, that's why it was my first pick when I started sniping haha.

i do the exact same thing but with my m98b i love the thing its my baby i love the look and feel of it i PTFO with a 8x too i like the m40 but it blocks my screen more then other snipers so i tend not to use it as much

same here i tried out the jng got 1,5k kills and went backt to the m40 ^^
honestly i just wanted to be on the top of the leaderboards for a few weeks so i whored the jng but it felt inconsistent and i don´t like inconsistent sniper rifles.

JNG-90 is bugged apparently, I've had multiple people tell me they get one-shot-kills with body shots at distances of over 100m.

I believe the JNG-90 Has the advantage by 20 bullet velocity.
But the M98B Still has the fastest.

The only time i have ever seen this is in HC, in Normal, its the typical 80% or less damage to the body from my experiences.

JNG fires a bit faster than the L96, so if your a stat master guy that would be better, but since its a sniper its mostly a moot stat, the muzzle velocity is higher on the JNG so there is less drop.
Equip a silencer and the L96 becomes more accurate hip firing, for some reason.
Equip a laser sight and both are identical except for RoF and velocity
Equip a bipod and when deployed the JNG has better ADS spread but has more vertical recoil.
If firing as fast as you can, the JNG will kill somone at a minimum (minus a OHK) of 1.302 seconds and the L96 will kill at 1.381 seconds.
So TECHNICALLY the JNG is the better rifle, but i like the L96 better because im not the biggest fan of russian sights.
