No matter how many SQUAD revives I do, for some reason my assignment wont complete!
50 kills with the F2000
50 / 50
25 headshots with the F2000
25 / 25
50 squad heals
0 / 50
Anyone else have this problem?

It's squad heals not revives, you need your medkit.

Get in a squad and put down medkits near SQUAD members.

You need to throw the medpack down, not revive them.

i dont want to call u an idiot so i'll just point it out to you. squad HEAL means you use the medkit to heal people, not the defrib to revive.
