Does not help get servers going as sometimes you need 2 or 3 players on it for others to even join.
Public players are not going to sit there waiting for 1 or 2 more people to join they want points.

This could be a good thing too, though! It means that players won't be spread thin amongst empty servers as much. So, any worthy server will instead get the player populations.

not any more....
oh well, who cares. Kind of miss the old days of 2142 and having knife fights at silo 5 in Suez till we got enough people to start....Only then it was 6 to start and 8 or 10 for a 64 slot server.

what's your problem? you can still idle in servers, heck you can even play&pewpew if there's <4 players. you're just mad cuz you haven`t got enough friends to get the stats-pad-train rolling
