Like the title say 's. Your tought 's . What 's harder?
HC is easier. Less bullets to kill = you don't need good gunplay or positioning, you kill/die too fast for that.
And pls, magnum... Bolt action snipers...
HC is just way too easy.
Normal requires the most skill.
I like playing core.
Hardcore is too easy to get kills, too easy to die, and I'm sick of OHK body-shotting snipers.

Ye I play core when I do play, Hardcore has it's benefits ( no minimap / spotting etc ) but then you have recons that shoots your feet with an M98B and you die...
I mean seriously.. You die from your foot/feet being shot.. wtf is that all about? lol.

Both modes are challenging. Being a hardcore player in every game ever since, softcore is something I can't play sucessfully for example because it's just too hard to kill someone and this 3D spotting makes sneak attacks next to impossible.
Softcore players would probably have less difficulties to get into hardcore. Only the game style (running around, catching a few bullets and still survive) wont work in HC.
Bottom line, both modes are hard for those who are not used to it.
How is hardcore easier if you die in less hits?
Makes no sense, not like you still have core health.
Harder for everyone except snipers I guess.
I put my pants on one arm at a time, just like everybody else.
As said, it depends on what you are used to.
Hardcore feels 1000x times better because its doesn't feel like you are pumping enemies with pea shooters. The screen is less cluttered and you don't have the ridiculous arrows above people heads when they are spotted. It's no easier/harder because its easier to be killed and to get kills.
HC is more challenging of game simply because you don't have all the crutches like 3d spotting, health regen, vehicle regen, 3rd person camera, kill cam..etc
There should only be one mode in this game. No health/vehicle regen, no 3d spotting(except for on the map), no kill cam, no 3rd person cam, only squad leader spawn, normal mode health.
The weapons are more balanced in vanilla mode.

I would like a mix of hardcore and softcore. I like the high amount health because it puts more pressure on the users ability to aim, but I also like the limited HUD.
I could give a rats ass about "realism" in a f**king video game.
I play normal it's the most balanced.
Alles was man über das Leben lernen kann, ist in drei Worte zu fassen: Es geht weiter
Don't argue with a pig; both of you will get dirty, but he'll like it.
HC has nothing to do with realism either. I only play HC in every game. If I would have started playing normal I would perhaps like SC.
I can only say I never play SC, it just annoys the shit out of me. HC makes you play totally different, since you die much quicker and you feel like it has some effect on target if you shoot. In SC I stop after a burst assuming the enemy is dead and then get killed by him.
I'd say to each his own.
I think both are equal challenging but a fact that there is more good players in normal than hc makes normal a little bit harder.
It has more to do with realism than orange triangle arcade more of Softcore. Might not go all out like arma, but for those looking Left at softcore wanting a more "realism" BF, they just have to look Right for HC.
Point still stands.
