Server connection timed out

Hello,
i have an problem playing the game.
when i finish like 1/2/ match(es) the game shut's down and says Game disconnected: your connection to the server timed out. this is very strange becouse i dont have this problem whit my other games.
and it tried to fix it putting ports open update punkbuster almost everything and it still didnt work so im asking you if you know how to fix this problem.

Happens to me all the time! I contacted EA. The dumbass told me to disable NAT on router and enable UPNP (opposite of what everyone is saying on forum). I lost my internet connection until I changed them back. This is useless. I wish EA would address this issue and make it public how to fix it. Come on EA/DICE! I remember how horrible the Battlefield 2 release was. I will not ever see a Battlefield 4 release. You have dropped the ball again!

I saw a tag line that said, "Rush" it's not just a gameplay mode, it's EA/DICE's business strategy.

I have heard there is a union of gamers getting bigger and this is one issue they are disscussing in their forums...

Anyways I would like you guys at EA or Dice Origin or whoever is responsible to please not ignore this situation cause it wont go away it will only get worser.

This is a problem I have had since purchsing your product. We shouldnt have to change things so we can play and the UPNP on off doesn't make a difference...

Yup still happening. turned down all my graphics to low and no AA to see if that was the problem. still disconnected.

got that problem too, UPnP is off, SSDP is off too, won't try the shit with the firewall AND my anti-virus, i ain't that stupid, got some personal stuff on the comp. heard something about new drivers on nvidia (i downloaded them but didn't help) and you could try to re-install or "repair install" which you do by right clicking on BF3 in origin, might work for someone, good luck :)

Same here, approx evry 20 minutes 'Game disconnected, your connection to the server timed out' Getting very irritating and does not happen to any other games!

Happens every couple of minutes after joining a game

Try this also!

Keep the UPnP & SSDP disabled: Disable the automatic sign in for Origin, (uncheck the remember me box) Exit out of Origin and then restart your computer. Start the game and sign in to Origin, This is IMPORTANT! Don't check the "remember me box"!

(This means you have to sign in to Origin every time you want to play)

This has worked for some of us!

PS If you do anything online before you play the game ie: (check e-mail, banking,or anything!) RESTART YOU COMPUTER BEFORE YOU TRY TO PLAY!

Happens every freaking time. This has only started after B2K came out.

Started happening to me since last night (having had NO disconnections at all before), Longest ive stayed in a game is about 15 mins.

it seems that I can only play if the other computers in my home network are turned off! but before the update it was fine

Ive played a whole bunch of games today and nearly everyone has timed out and disconnected just as the round ends, I didnt get any stats for any of them, 5 hours of wasted gameplay

this fuckin problem is so common why the fuck is ea or dice not fixing it after the patch the game was fucked!!!!!!

You were disconnected from EA Online (1) THIS IS ALL WE PPL GET WHY ARE YOU NOT FIXING THIS EA! are your servers to new and bad tell us what the problem is!!.....

same here its never been happening to my game until i updated it its so fricken annoying i cant even get through 1 game it just disconects and comes up with Game disconnected: your connection to the server timed out. I mean come on ea/dice fix the problem already.

Same here, some hours ago was fine. Now I always get the error: "Game disconnected: your connection to the server timed out."

I tried to take live help, the guy told me to logout from Origin and Battlelog. I told him that if I do that, Origin and this live help chat window will be closed and he said no. After that, I did what he said and it happened as I preticted.

Believe me, you've got brainless people in there EA, no offense by the way.
