It's been more than a year and we still have a broken game, if you want to make the game work hire people that are good at BF3 and don't just come whine whenever they get killed.

It's likely from lack of communication. In bf3 skill takes a back seat to tactics in many situations. Some people just haven't played the game as much as others, it's possible they can't even concieve a plan that is just second nature to someone else. Then there are some who just don't care or realise that what they're doing is detrimental to the team.

just remember one thing, and this goes for everybody. each one of us is a "random" to somebody else in our games. just like you complain about the "smurfs" or "blueberries" that arent in you squad, they are complaining about the smurfs and blueberries also. and to them you are one of the smurfs or bluberries, to them you are just a "random". we are all just randoms in this game. think about that next time you start complaining about this.

The difference is that they get to say "wow this random is carrying my lame, weak ass to victory", while I get to say "i wish these randoms had a single brain cell to split between them, so they might not be so useless".
