Solid Player Looking for a Good Platoon (PS3)

So I'm looking for a platoon to join. I'm currently in one and I'm friends with a lot of the guys but the problem is they're not on when I'm on. I'd still like to keep them as a clan, but I'm willing to change my primary and clan tag. So I'm looking for a solid group of guys/girls to play with that mainly live in US/Eastern or US/Central timezones.

My name's John, I'm 15, relatively mature for my age and I consider myself a decent player. BUT I always play team first, as you can tell from my W/L ratio lol. I play probably about 3-5 days in the week and usually around midnight to 3ish on the weekends if I'm not busy.

Oh and one more thing, I'd prefer the team not to have more than like 25-30 players, because having too many people will just clog up my friends list and I wouldn't be able to play with them all.

We got like 5-10 guys who come on during the week mon-fri from 6:00pm-11:30pm and also about 6-11 guys who are on during the day. those are are GMT players
