YES.

"K" is unlocked. You can overclock it with no problem.
i5 doesn't have HT while i7 does.

i5 doesn't have hyper threading. The i7 3770 is not unlocked like the 3770k. You'll want the k version . Other then that there pretty much the same cpu. 3570k if your not into video editing and all that jazz.,

if u don't want overclock i think E3 1230 V2 is very good,cheaper and powerful

+1^, OP if it's for gaming only get the i5 3570k, save the extra money for other upgrades if you can.

That's fine system except the sound card...I digest Creative software support, have you looked into Asus Zonar ST(x) sound cards or Omega's? they blow Fatality cards away.

What are your plans for your system? If you going to do video encoding, running virtual machines and heavy work then i7 is best...otherwise stick with i5. BTW overclocking these newer chips are very very easy ;) topic on hand what are your goals?

Not familiar with the Andyson PSU's, but if the price is same with Seasonic ones, go for those.
