Xbox360 server not working

Dear DICE,

I have a rented server but nobody can join my xbox360 server today. This morning till up to this moment everybody off my clan including me fails to join the server. I even tried to reset the server but somehow it stays on Grand Bazaar - Qonquest while my first map is Operation Metro - Rush.

There will be a ERROR notification showing that we have to check our network problem. Everybody has no problem joining the server the days before only today.

Hopefully you can reset my server so we can continue play on our server. It would be a pity if we can not join our server the rest of the week as I paid for it and there would be no after sales service helping me.

Please respond me here when the problem is going to be fixed.

I also have probems connecting to my rented server. It's in the US. Yesterday everything was ok, today I can't join it. Other servers are no problem.

Mine server is in Europe. This is madness I have no idea where to go with my problem and find any how on the forums how to fix this.

my server has been off for one day now, and i have been unable to change any settings on it for the last 3 days!!!

this is a complete joke!! i have lots of daily regulars, and now im going to lose them to other servers elsewhere, not to mention the money i paid in the first place

is there nobody here that can shed any light on this at all??

I can't connect to any servers today, I look at browse servers and came up no servers listed.

Really a lot of server holders have these problems that their server is not working and have paid for it. This is my second day and the server still does not work I rented the server last Friday and have paid 1 week for it. 2 days of 7 is a lot if this continues till the end (Thursday) than I only received 3 days of 7. Why ain't there anybody helping us. I can not find any how who to contact or find a guide how to fix this.
I paid for 7 days loosing half a day understandable but now it is 2 already how long will this continue and do we get compensation back in Microsoft Points or days of server services?

you will be able to connect, but you cant edit. and at other times it wont let you connect.
here is the solution.


call E.A America on 866-543-5435

report a new technical problem.
ask to be transferred to the security team.

there is not currently a fix for this issue, so E.A will give you a new server and you will need to set up everything again.

i did the above today- and im back up and running.
