Have you bought Battlefield 3 Premium on your Xbox 360 and you do not get Premium on Battlelog?
Try this workaround:
1. Sign out from Battlelog
2. If you have Battlefield 3 running on you Xbox 360, quit to the Dashboard
3. Start Battlefield 3 on your Xbox 360
4. Go into the Premium menu in Battlefield 3 on your Xbox 360
5. Sign in to Battlelog
All the Battlelog Premium features should now be available, if not please contact EA Support.

I experianced this yesterday and did more or less what you say here, it worked for me.

I had also a different issue on my console. By each time I started BF3 it was thanking me for purchasing Premium etc. and was not saving my new settings (e.g. soldier camo change). Now it's gone. But Battlelog still doesn't see it. :/

if you buy premium,can you just buy the dlc you want or do you have to get it all,as when i clicked on armoured kill it said 4,000 msp,if thats the case its a scam,i dont want cq,i already own b2k like most people,so whats the deal here thanx

Working for me. After update the game, it is necesary to buy the "premium" in the "shop" of the game.
Avaiable all except the new maps (will come next week i think)

I bought it in the in-game shop. But using another account with MS points. The description of it was saying that it will be downloaded for a console and available for all profiles on this first console.
Still doesn't work.

Because its not Microsoft its EA. That message is show with EVERYTHING you download from XBL Marketplace but doesnt necessarily apply when its a servive from another company. Battlefield Premium is tied to a player's Origin account, not the console, so what you did my friend is you bought Premium for someone else hoping you would get it for free and failed Im sorry....lol
Those who DON"T build the game in their minds first are most likely NOT to be disappointed by it at release. I keep this in my mind every time I read or discuss an upcoming game, ESPECIALLY Battlefield 4!
