Also chances the other person is doing the same to you and it just happens they either get lucky or have more amo. No matter what weapon you use, aim first, shoot later and focus.Mr_Hedlund said:For hipfire, it's best if you pause a split second to not move and fire, then take a split pause, and fire again.
Thanks for the tips everyone, had the first good day with it yesterday. Pretty solid clean-up gun as you all said.
I am curious though, for everyone who hip-fires with it...do you just put the enemy dead center in the screen and blaze away? I try to hip-fire with it while strafing but I never seem to hit anyone with it, unsure why.
Also, is there really ANY bullet drop on this bad boy? I head-shot a guy who was Bipoded up yesterday on Kharg at about 100m and was shooting high trying to compensate for drop.
Don't just go "BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM"
Should be... BANG, tick, tick, BANG
In other words let the gun settle for a split second from the recoil.
Yea, if you check out my soldier I mostly play Recon, so I know just need to use it as more or less a second Bolt-Action and take intelligent shots with it, I'm too used to the G18 still, spraying super close range on the move.
Thanks for the pointers guys, I'll try playing it as I would my main Rifle!
I am become death, destroyer of worlds.
