Hm yeah its not in Battlelog.
I bet you a Community Challenge wil;l come down the road, and we'll possibly get an unlocked dogtag (and maybe something else) if the community completes a challenge as a whole. They did this for BF1943 and BC2 Vietnam, where a map was unlocked once the community hit X amount of kills or something like that. Not saying we'll get a map, but would be cool to get a new weapon and a dog tag for everyone if the challenge is completed!

its a community challenge, meaning everyone that plays BF3 as a whole will work together to unlock them for everyone when ever they release how we get them, or maybe they are already unlockable they just havent told us how and we have to work as a community to figure it out and find out, who knows, could be anything, like community as a whole has got 5 million kills as american in a RU stolen tank, who knows
