Ok....so I know I shouldn't have bought an EA product. I told myself years ago after so many disappointments that I would never do it again. Then I saw the Humble Bundle. Hey, it's for charity, right? Well, can you believe it, I download Origin, BF3...try to launch...and it sends me to Battlelog instead of opening the game. (ok...weird) I select multiplayer, find a server that is just for the vanilla bf3...press join....and (can you believe it) I get a message saying "You must have BF3. Click here to purchase". Any ideas?
If you mean on pc then you need to right click on bf3 when you open origin and make sure you have downloaded it.

restart origin / your pc and it should work

Still nothing. Sounds like this is a problem with Battlelog.
My missus spent 4 hrs on Live Chat, with 2 different "support" guys and they were completely usless, all they said is it says you have it and then began to ramble crap and telling her to make sure its installed and whatnot, then tried to say it was our network which was next to impossible since i was playing the game right nex to her playing with my mates. With the customer support this company offers no wonder so many of my mates no longer buy their products.
Trust me, they are useless. There is no support for BF3 at all or any of the EA games. But you can still go apeshit on them, relieves stress :D
You can try tomshardware forums, maybe someone is there to help you.
Also reinstall origin and try to repair your game
