I recommend you get an Nvidia Geforce FX 5200, it can run any game at 120+ fps at 1080p.

I doubt that thing could play an .avi file without dropping below 30fps.

that's an understatement, I ran Crysis 3, ultra settings, at 4K resolution with that beast

it DID drop down to 90 frames though

If you drop the resolution you can probaly get 60 frames. 720P really isnt too much different from 1080P. Playing in 1080 isn't a big deal, it won't make you a better player.

Guys, you are overestimating GT610.

Last time I checked, it was almost comparable to my 6 years old laptops geforce 8600M GS. (oh yeah, forgot this is not a laptop setup, well lets just say its WEAKER than 8600 GT)

This thing probably rejects reading BF4 discs...

Dude... it's a $40 GT 610, that thing has a 3dMark score of 570 and it's even listed as below the recommended requirements for Battlefield 1943, lol.

In terms of benchmarks, my laptop GPU is stronger than that GT 610, and 600p medium settings is the absolute highest settings I can get away with in BF3, and it's a tiny bit jerky even then.

I do 768p medium and get 30-45 (sometimes over 50) fps with it. Depending on map.

I am having GT610 with 2GB, RAM 4GB and Athlon Dual Core 7750 Black Edition and it runs the game on 1280x720 on 20 to 40 fps.

Never get a nvidia card with second number below 5 or 6 if you are planning to play games. They were meant for office PCs or watching videos and pictures.

You can try, but don't expect smooth gameplay.

I have a GTX570, runs in high with 40-50FPS which is good enough.
