Well, the logical reason behind this is it's close to the side corridor which provides the most cover, the other stairs end in open areas, the back stairs, those close to the metro exits give you the possibility of death from 4 sides for a very long time until you'll be able to make it to any reliable cover and the other front stairs at least from 3 + these are quite open and good to guard, while with the side stairs you have corners and at least some cover there.

once the enemy get's entrenched, i'd say i've seen maybe 5-6 successful pushes through side stairs in probably about 100 or so wins as the US side. the rest ALL go through stacking the front escalators, or going up the back stairs and getting to A, or backraging them.its pointless anyways, cover doesnt matter because all the RU is gonn do is sit on ammo packs and spam nades.

But 64p fast respawn metro is for doing stupid shit like spamming grenades, suicide runs, and other silliness. It's just a game ffs, it doesn't have to always be 'serious business', sometimes it's fun just to spam and play like an idiot, and watch people blow themselves up. or maybe i dont see the fun in pressing "throw nade" endlessly. that isnt funny or fun. jihad jeeping is stupid shit that's fun. jet ramming is stupid shit that's fun. how is standing around, throwing a nade, and watching yourself die over and over in a revive loop fun?
