The Plow Syndicate are an international gaming collective based around the Battlefield 3 & Medal Of Honor 2010 multiplayer games but branching out into a variety of multiplayer platforms on the PS3.

All members have access to a headset and microphone as teamwork and collaboration are essential qualities of each syndicate member. All skill levels are catered for with the only requirement being that each member plows with respect for their syndicate members and makes sure they have fun every time they battle online.

Steps to joining PLOW: (Recommendation from Founder a plus)
1.) Add All Founders: After applying on fan page or being recommended to the founders by a current member, send psn request to all founders.
2.) Strut Your Stuff: Once Every founder has added you, join them in matches to display your skills.
3.) Discussion Time: The founders will then discuss if you're suitable for PLOW and notify you if you're accepted within a week.
4.) Best Friends: Once accepted into clan, become well acquainted with the rules:
- Must use a mic
- It is preferable if you have/create a Facebook account to keep in touch with clan activity (they can create a purely "PLOW" username as Airwky, Rambeaux and Foxual have done if they like).
- Must not be a douche (this covers a multitude of things)
- Must not belong to any other PSN clans for games which PLOW play
- Must not quit a match to save "skill" (MoH)
- Must add all other PLOW members to their PSN friends list.
- No Tea-Bagging
*Note: Depending on which rule is broken, a leader will notify you of it's severity*
5.) Get Branded: All rules must be followed before rocking the PLOW tag along with being added to group page on Facebook & Battlelog for Battlefield 3 players.
6.) Have Fun: Time to go PLOW some faces in the dirt with your new clanmates!
7.) Stay Active: Long term clan inactivity is not acceptable unless a founder is notified.

Steps to Recommending New Members:
Any PLOW member can recommend a new member, post it on the Facebook Group page that they are thinking of joining and people can post their views if they already know the person. Get them to add all the leaders and we will play with them for a bit and see if they are suitable, also they can "like" our Facebook Fan page. It requires three "founders" to approve new members. Once approved they can join the Facebook Group page if they are on Facebook.
