continuous disconnects even though i;ve installed punkbuster service for battlefield 3..crashes too with notification "battlefield 3 has encountered a problem .." i don't anymore if this is just a punkbuster issue or nvidia has sold us expired gfx drivers.

Punkbuster is not the issue to most of us. The MAJOR problem here is that multiplayer game crashes to desktop like crazy, and YES WE HAVE best system req. and YES we reinstalled everything and patched everything in any way possible, but game STILL CRASHES! Please FIX IT, talk about it!

I had crash problems as well at first but my fix was taking video settings off ultra. I guess just lowering them down a bit from what yours is set to. My computer is able to play ultra settings because I have the correct hardware but it stopped the crashing instantly. Maybe just a bug for now...

Way to go EA ... I waited a year to play Battlefield 3 ... The most awarded and anticipated game of the year ... with the crappiest release ... You should have just postponed it for later this year when everything is working properly ...

Antjessmann, I don't know german but seems like direrctx issue so you could try updating graphics card drivers from ati site, NOT the BETA ones. Also updating directx shouldn't hurt.

so after updating punkbuster manually, you have to enable punkbuster in singleplayermode to play multiplayer. looks like the normal way to play a multiplayergame why isnt there an option in battlelog to enable this ?

Blac Screen, Terrible Launched 12hrs ago and still unabe to play, waste of a day off work.

BF3 HAS STOPPED WORKING SORT IT OUT

I'm from Germany, I've got an Ati and I#m playing without problems, the Campaign and the Multiplayer, all fine, I updated Punkbuster and now all runs!

@ Pottumaa i tri it now and say later tow you ;-)
