This is Task Force 141. We are a group of handpicked warriors on this planet. Our ultimate goal is to develop a unit that comprises of members of impeccable quality and expertise combined with the motive to give the respect and regard EVERYONE deserves. As the commanding officer of this unit, I aim to make sure that all our members are of our high standards and follow the conduct diligently. We even incorporate effective tactics and techniques developed from experience that are easily accessible for the regular person. However, none of this can be done without the proper cooperation and dedication. This is what distinguishes us from the rest. Thank you for taking part with the 141 and good luck!

- You have read and FULLY UNDERSTOOD the rules.
- You have interest in the unit and have a realistic motive to join.
- You own a Call of Duty or Battlefield game (preferably Modern Warfare 3 or Battlefield 3)
- We do impose a 1.5 K/D requirement before you become a member. This is after your improvement from our training sessions.
- PLEASE! ENSURE YOU HAVE COMPLIED TO EVERYTHING SAID ABOVE! OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE ADDED TO THE NUMBER OF IDIOTIC PEOPLE BELOW!

If you are a member of this unit, your clan tag should be your respective rank (e.g., [PVT] or [SGT]). If you are new to this unit, please make your name 141T-(assigned codename) to designate you are a trainee. You are only required to have your name like this when you come to training or other 141-related events.

RULES:
These rules are meant to benefit everyone overall and make everything go much smoother, there's no other reason. It makes a better group and community for everyone -- only if you decide to follow them. If you are wearing the 141 tags or taking part in 141-related events, you are required to follow these rules.
- Always follow orders from superiors and trust them. We make mistakes. Please correct us if we are wrong; we are not perfect.
- Absolutely no disrespect to ANYONE OR THEIR OPINIONS.
- Be mature and follow good ethic.
- Please try to make this group organized and with a good reputation. Take things seriously when they need to be taken seriously.
- All rank change and codename change requests are sent to the commanding officer before any actual changes are made official.
- Read announcements by yourself. It’s your responsibility to keep updated.
- In order to put on the tags, you MUST fill out an application at our website BEFORE you begin any sort of training or indoctrination into the unit.
- If you have permission and are a friend of an administrator, and you wish to join, but are unable to join in-game, you can be a guest member. However, you must follow group protocol, rules, and regulations and promote the 141 to your best of ability. You are welcome to wear 141 tags and be listed in the members.
- Please do not make immature or unprofessional statements or actions anywhere. It hurts our reputation and you will most likely be kicked from the group as a result. Common examples of these include: “no u” , “idgaf” , ‘trololo” , “umad” , etc.
- You did not buy this game to complain and whine publicly nor did you buy it to argue with people. Enjoy it or leave.
You are prohibited to perform the following actions under TF141 grounds and games, or when wearing the 141 tags (you don’t have to follow if its a private match not hosted by the 141) . These may lower your performance elsewhere if you decide to use or perform them. These restrictions are meant to aim for maximum efficiency and it can only help you while applying the tactics.
1. Banned weapons/equipments/actions particular to a game.
2. Blatantly neglecting the tactics introduced to you. E.g., lacking common sense and good judgment.
During training:
- It is partly your responsibility to sustain the skills learned otherwise you will be deemed inefficient.
- Please pay attention because you will be asked questions later and possibly evaluated upon your performance and proficiency. You can gain promotions if you demonstrate good behavior and interest.
- Please do not ask questions unless asked.
- No one is allowed to shoot anyone unless instructed to do so. The instructor is the only one allowed to kill.
- Passwords are only to be distributed by the instructor. It is an offense if you neglect this rule and let people come in without permission.
- Hold fire at all times unless instructed by a superior.
- Respect all and what they have to say.
- Don't do anything you’re not told to do.
- If you're not paying attention, you will be asked to do written assessments later, mainly due to a lack of involvement and interest.
You will be removed IMMEDIATELY for doing anything below. Under serious cases you may be banned from the 141 for life.
- Lying
- Undermining the unit
- Hacking or Cheating (aimbot, walls, modding is fine)
Four reasons that a soldier may be administratively reduced. If they are Private (enlistment rank), they must be removed from the group instead of a reduction. There are one or two warnings before this happens.
- Erroneous enlistment grade
- Misconduct
- Inefficiency - demonstration of characteristics that shows a person cannot perform duties and responsibilities of the respective grade and MOS
- Failure to complete training.
If there is ever a case where a known 141 member or trainee is breaking the conduct, please report it immediately and do nothing else, please.
