About:
Do you play Minecraft? Do you play Minecraft on the the Xbox 360? Are you an avid crafter who enjoys solving mazes, puzzles, races, and PVP battles in a survival mode on a massive arena? Do you like free Microsoft points?

If you answered yes then I highly suggest you tune in to the Survival Tournament that World of E Sports is hosting in Minecraft for Xbox. The Tournament will be played in a massive 12 level arena containing numerous traps, puzzles, mazes, and other brain benders. You will be matched up against 26 other members all who are fighting to stay alive while also trying to progress the farthest through each level of the arena. Use your Minecrafting skills to out jump, out smart, and out fight your opponents and reach the ultimate goal of being the last player alive!

The Tournament will be played in 3 different rounds in a bracket. Three players will be matched up against each other and while the main goal is to be the sole survivor if you beat out the players you are matched against you will advance to the next round. EXAMPLE: There are 6 players (1-6). Players 1, 2, and 3 are essentially matched up and players 4, 5, and 6 are also. If player 2 survives longer than 1 and 3 he/she will advance to the next round even if he/she does not beat anyone else competing for that round.

Date:
The event will begin on Saturday March 16 and is open to a maximum of 27 members. You can sign up for the Tournament by visiting and registering at www.worldofesports.com and clicking on the Minecraft Tournament at the right of the page. Registration for this Tournament will also end on March 16 at 00:00. The semi-finals will begin on Friday March 22 with the finals one week after on Friday March 29. Prize:
Again, the prize will be 20,000 Microsoft points awarded solely (yes, you do NOT have to share the winnings) to the player who is the last survivor.

- There will be multiple opportunities to get addition Microsoft points within each of the 12 levels of the arena. Signs will be randomly posted within the arena with different passwords written on them. At the end of the round you will be eligible to "cash in" these passwords for Microsoft points. NOTE: NOT EVERY PASSWORD GIVEN OUT WILL BE WORTH THE SAME AMOUNT!!!

Rules:
All competitors must continuously attempt to make progress throughout the mazes and arena itself, unless waiting due to a lag spike. If you are caught trying to wait out your competitors death, you will be warned ONE time and one time only. If you do not comply the Admins in the server watching will give you some "encouragement" and you can leave that up to your imagination!

- Follow all instructions given by World of E Sports officials.

- Extensive amount of food will be placed randomly within the arena to provide you with heath and other uses. Use it wisely as it could be the difference between life and death.

- Due to heavy amounts of blocks and activity in the arena there may be large lag spikes. These are by no means an excuse to be given an "extra life" if you die. EXAMPLE: You are in the middle of jumping over lava and you lag out of the server. You will be re-invited back into the server, however, if you spawn and end up in the lava and die you will be not be given another life.

- If you lag out, you WILL be given an invite back by a World of E Sports official.

- Kill anyone and everyone you run into unless you think the can outrun them in a death maze.

- All competitors have ONLY ONE life, use it wisely!

- Once you die you must leave the serve and to find a World of E Sports official. This will reduce and assist other players with any lag issues within the arena.

- Use sportsmanship at all times as it will be watched, recorded, and noted.
