朝鮮勞動黨（朝鮮文：조선로동당）是朝鮮民主主義人民共和國唯一的執政黨，前身為“朝鮮共產黨”，現任最高領導人是任職第一書記的金正恩。總書記的頭銜永遠保留給已故領導人金日成。
The Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) is the ruling political party of North Korea (DPRK). It is also called the Korean Workers' Party (KWP). The WPK has been the ruling party in the DPRK since its foundation and has had as its leaders, Kim Il-sung (1972–1994), his son, Kim Jong-il (beginning in 1997, when he officially took over as General Secretary until his death in 2011) and Kim Jong-il′s youngest son Kim Jong-un who was elected First Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea at the 4th party conference held on April 11, 2012.
조선로동당은 조선민주주의인민공화국의 유일 집권정당이다. 조선사회민주당 및 조선천도교청우당과 같은 당이 존재하고 있기는 하지만 형식적으로, 사실상 우당에 불과하다. 실제 정치권력은 조선로동당에 집중되어 있으며, 이는 《사회주의헌법》 11조의 "조선민주주의인민공화국은 조선로동당의 령도 밑에 모든 활동을 진행한다" 라는 구절에 규정되어 있다. 이론적 기초는 주체사상과 혁명적 수령관이다.
