In order to be considered for membership a player must:
1- Perform at an exceptional level on the battlefield at all times.
2- Be at a competitive ranking.
3- Pass a review and grade by the leaders of ISA.
4- Prove to have the communication skills to work as a team, and as friends, whether leading a squad or being a part of one.
5- Have a squad score to show that they are team oriented at an extreme level
