Platoon Presentation

This is the FIRST platoon of it's kind, any others are knock-off's.

Welcome to the 'How Copy?' platoon page! This platoon is dedicated to those gamers that want a whole new Battefield 3 experience. We don't play conquest, rush, team deathmatch, or any of the game modes. We come up with our own 'missions' for the added strategy and realism. I came up with this platoon because I personally like the idea of adding a new level of realism to this game. Depending on how well the sessions go, I will be recording them and uploading the footage to my YouTube channel (which is linked in the 'Official Website'. These missions can have a positive effect on each player. You will learn skills that you wouldn't otherwise learn in public matches. Finally, this is an infantry-based platoon, and there will be no use of vehicles during sessions.
Thanks for checking this platoon out!

PLEASE READ:
IF YOU OWN A SERVER OR HAVE ADMIN RIGHTS ON A SERVER AND WOULD LIKE TO USE IT FOR MISSIONS, PLEASE MAKE A PLATOON POST WITH THE SERVER NAME SO IT CAN BE ADDED TO THE LIST. THANK YOU.

Also, most positions/spaces will be taken by whoever applies first. Do take note that I will research your stats and find a position for you that fits, so don't worry. You CANNOT apply in hopes of becoming a leader or a squad leader. Those roles are important and take time for me to consider.

*THERE ARE NO STAT REQUIREMENTS*

REQUIREMENTS:
1.) Have the necessary class/weapon unlocks.
2.) You MUST have a working microphone if you are to be a squad leader. Regular soldiers don't need microphones, but they would be greatly appreciated.
There is a max of 10 people (5 per side) who are allowed to not have microphones.
3.) You MUST be able to speak/understand ENGLISH clearly.
4.) A colonel 25 or above (EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE).
5.) You must be a team player, and be cooperative.
6.) You must be able to LISTEN and keep calm and collective.
7.) BE MATURE!
8.) Armored Kill, Back To Karkand, and Aftermath maps.

RECRUITMENT:
Leaders MUST make me aware of a player they'd like to recruit. I, BLiNK_Lightning, make the final judgement on who joins.

RULES:
1.) Leaders are in charge of troop positions and movements. They are the strategists here, and if you don't listen to them, you will be kicked and replaced. One leader per team. If there are more then two leaders, one leader will fill into a missing squad role, play as a backup, or wait and fill in a spot if a player drops out. The Leaders also choose one squad to stick with permanently, and are made the squad leader of that squad.
2.) Squad Leaders on team chat, all others stick to squad chat.
3.) Only use the optics and weapons your role is allowed to use.
4.) You are assigned roles unless proving yourself in certain situations, so don't beg for a role.
5.) Fire Support MUST spawn with a mortar in case artillery is requested.
6.) NO MAVS, T-UGS, M320's, M26's, Crossbows, and vehicles are allowed.
7.) Scout Snipers: The spawn beacon can only be used to parachute you into the spot you were previously. Do NOT use it as a means of transportation.
8.) You MUST wear either the RU/US tags that coincide with your role (listed below) to avoid confusion.
9.) Put yourselves in the correct squads (Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta) listed below.
10.) Follow orders and play smart.
11.) NO negative remarks, comments, or hate to the other players. No whining, bickering, crying, or whatever. We all work towards the same goal: winning. Be respectful.
12.) Check this platoon page often to see what the next gametype is. The gametypes are listed at the bottom of the presentation.
13.) NO communicating with the enemy team during games. It will count as betrayal and will lead to temporary/permanent dismissal.
14.) No chitter-chatter during sessions unless it pertains to what is happening in the current situation. Call outs are necessary, so be vocal.
15.) Spec Ops units can only use the permitted suppressed pistols (M9 Supp. for US, MP443 Supp. for RU).

SQUADS:

SPEC OPS:
Spec Ops are the behind-the-scenes infiltrators. They refrain from open conflict and they excel with small numbers, smart thinking, and exceptional strategies. I would recommend that Spec Ops units use suppressors. It isn't necessary, but it'd be a good idea.
Four man squad, all Assault class ONLY.

INFANTRY UNIT:
The Infantry Unit is the main squad. Their job is to assist and distract the enemy so that the Spec Ops squad can infiltrate. Infantry Units are extremely important in the tide of battle.
Four man squad, Assault and Engineer classes ONLY.

FIRE SUPPORT:
The backbone and firepower of all the squads. They are called upon for covering fire and suppressive fire with their squad light machine guns and mortars, tearing through enemy lines of defense and offense. They are also important because of the ammo they drop.
Two man squad, Support class ONLY.

SCOUT SNIPERS:
The Scout Snipers are the eyes, ears, and guardian angels of all the units. With their high-powered and accurate rifles they can decimate enemy ranks and lower enemy morale. They cannot use MAVs or T-UGS systems, but their knowledge of the battlefield and their high zoom optics.
Two man squad, Recon class ONLY.

GAME MODES:

1.)ATTACK//DEFENSE:
One team is to hold down an area of a map (i.e. the construction base on Operation Firestorm). Each team's leader must come up with a basic strategy within a period of 10 minutes. Once the strategy is put together and agreed with by the squad leaders, the leaders will proceed to send eachother messages alerting them that they are ready. After both teams are ready, the game begins. If strategies do not fall into place, Leaders have the choice of giving individual squad leaders in charge of their squads movements and strategies. Once base of the defending team has been captured by the attackers, the game is over, and the winning team (US/RU) is given one win. Lastly, if a Leader cannot make it to a session, the squad leaders will be put in charge for coming up with the strategies.
Also, this will take place on conquest maps. Capturing flags is against the rules.
