Anti-Vehicle Force
Platoon Presentation
A platoon dedicated to wiping out all threats to friendly vehicles, including Jets, Attack Helicopters, and primarily enemy Foot-mobile soldiers and tanks.
Motto is simple and short:
❝We are the unwilling, led by the unqualified, doing the unnecessary, for the ungrateful.❞
Rules:
1. LEARN TO SPOT AND DO IT ALWAYS, even if it means you have to practice daily finger yoga for your finger to not leave the spot button.
2.<sarcasm> Flame each other in skype/Teamspeak/Vent. </sarcasm>
3. Do not waste vehicles, even if you're playing in a fast vehicle respawn server.
4. Utilize every gadget. If your team or squad needs a Special Operations Forces Laser Marker YOU BETTER PUT A SOFLAM DOWN. I don't care if you have to suicide, DO IT.
5. Do not be a camping bushwookie, but do not waste tickets either.
6. When you revive someone MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO ENEMIES AROUND YOU. Here's how it goes. Your buddy dies, you kill the enemies that are in your AO and THEN you revive your buddy. If you do not follow those steps, 90% of the time you'll end up reviving your friend for him to get mowned down again by enemy fire.
7.1 Your team needs you to balance cowering like a little pussy with running out in the open and gaining ground or getting the objective when necessary. When you need to take over a building, advance on enemy or sacrifice yourself to blow up a HVT, DO IT. If things go well someone will revive you, if not you'll respawn.
7.2 ▲ That said, there are 2 punishments associated with dying and you should avoid both. One: you have to wait to respawn. While you wait your teammates might lose a firefight or the enemy might steal your tank, and Two: You bleed tickets. Every damn ticket counts.
8. Think before you spawn. Do not spawn on your buddy that's out in the open and is getting suppressed to death by 2 tanks. Spawn camping is 99% fixed, it's not perfect but it's the best respawn mechanic you've ever used in a First Person Shooter.
9. USE EVERYTHING AT YOUR DESPOSAL. Adapt. Does your squad need cover from an enemy squad? Hop in a tank and HELP THEM. In Battlefield you don't decide in what way you'll be fighting, your enemy does.
And lastly:
10. SWITCH KITS. Did your buddy get in a firefight with an enemy medic? Both have died. Pick up the enemy medic's kit, revive your buddy and then switch back to your own kit.
