The sound looping crash is back for me.
Screen froze and the sounds kept on looping.
Had to Ctrl Alt Del out of the game.
Anyone have a fix ?
I fixed it in Battlefield 3 by adding more rams. But I have 8gb now, it can't be the ram again.
yup same issue here, 16gb of ram. So I dont know whats up
I uninstalled Nvidia true audio and so far so good, no crash.
Played a few hours tonight. It happened to me once. I'll try the Nvidia audio thing if it keeps happening.
I am also having this issue.
My true audio nvidia fix didnt work.
Just crashed out.

I keep experiencing this over and over, I have to kill the bf4 process to get out of the crashed game with audio loop and I always lose my ratios and my exp...
And I do not have Nvidia true audio installed on my computer
Happened 3 times for me now.
Are you guys using Realtek onboard sound chip? I hope I can isolate it to realtek since its a sound related crash.
I got the same deal like 5 minutes in
I had this for a while, then I, in order,
-Changed my audio settings in-game. I'm now using Stereo and Wartimes as the audio choices.
Then ran PB and updated that.
No crashes. 3 hours playtime undisturbed.
@iplaytokill not worked .
Phenom II X4 955
Windows 7 64-Bit
Same stupid issue as everyone else... I didn't even really get to play the beta because of the constant crashes, but something still compelled me to buy this game. Maybe it will be patched up quickly, but I'm not getting my hopes up. Super disappointed that DICE let these issues slip into release.
Mb i wrong but it's trouble only on Nvidia cards ?
560 Ti here.
I also turned my settings down a lot. Resolution plus went from high to med graphics.
Same here every once in a while. 560ti.
Same issue...Great relase...
