So, here is my problem. I got GTX780 and my FPS on ultra is around 80-100 which is good. But at some points it drops to 40 and it's lagging. Any idea how to fix it? I got newest drivers installed.

I have similar specs. This game is complete trash and need to get patched to death. LIfe with it. I didn't found any solution for it now and no answer fron DICE too

Similar setup, but I'm running a GTX 770 here and no problems here with sudden fps drops. I experienced this during the beta, but now everything is running smooth. Also, on windows 7 too.

I have similar specs but with a 770, I rarely drop below 60fps on max, I don't know what it could be.

Try to OC your machine. Remember.... BF4 is a CPU and RAM devourer! Put your INTEL Core i5-4670K 3,4 GHz at 4.2 or 4.5.

I have gtx770, i7-3770, latest nvidia driver, GE forece experience and just left a server because my fps were in the 30-40's. I started to get bored with being killed by players behind stuff, and me behind something.

I have 2 780's and it runs like shit in most places of every map. Goes from 30 to 180+ and I have everything turned down to medium and no AA and it is 100% resolution. Totally messed up and no different from the Beta at all. Most maps are laggy and crashes are constant today. Keep getting the error that my connection timed out or some BS. I swear DICE and EA can not get it right ever.

Have a 780 as well, it runs like butter if I just use the "auto" settings 80-90 fps, but I think with that kind of graphics investment I should definitely be able to run Ultra no problem. The game looks good but I haven't seen anything that I thought should make a 780 squeal for 30-40 fps on Ultra.

Disable Triple Buffering via command line, turn off V-Sync in game, use Adaptive V-Sync in Nvidia Control Panel.

I have a Gigabyte GTX780 3GB OC. Game is flawless. Doubt the card is your bottleneck.

So I just tried multiplayer. I got around 60FPS on Zavod 311, sometimes it drop around 40, is it normal?

And I tried the triple buffering trick. It didn't work.
