We Are Recruiting!!!
We are VERY dedicated to working as a tea and focusing on squad game-play rather than being a clan that isn't well connected. We will be using a squad like structure, meaning that every member will be put into a certain squad. This structure will be a great way of getting our members to get to know their squad mates and have a tighter bond than that of a huge clan. It will also help new members get integrated into the way their squad works.
With this system the Squad Leaders will also be better equipped to carry out a task with their personal squad because they will be able to get to know their squad members better than if members were randomly placed into different random squads. This structure will also help promote teamwork and trust amongst members.
We will be looking for several Squad Leaders who can keep up with the responsibility it will require to manage a squad. This includes being mature, having leadership skills, availability, and experience (will train if needed). Being a squad leader will be in no way easy. they will have alot of responsibility. They will have to make sure there squad can make it to clan events, practices, matches, and so on. as well as keeping tabs on there availability and activeness. Squad leaders should also be aware if one or more of there members are MIA or constantly inactive. These are just some of the responsibility's you will be in-charge of.
We are aiming to be in Competitive Matches at-least once every other week(more if possible), Practices at-least 2-3 times a week, and Clan meetings once a month. We're striving to be one of the top clans for battlefield 3, but we can’t achieve that without you.
After you submit an application you will need to speak to a recruiter or leader on.This way we can get to know you a bit and play a few rounds of BF3 and see how you play before deciding on the application. If the recruiter/leader/founder accepts your application you will be a assigned as a new recruit.

NOTE: This squad is new and will not be fully active on all fronts until requirements and standards are met. All members are required to add the Klutch Action tag (kA) after they have officially been accepted into the platoon. At NO TIME will FightTerrorWhitTerror members be allowed to wear another tag or play for another
platoon unless it is an allied effort with fellow FightTerrorWhitTerror members.
