Soldiers of Fortune
Platoon-Präsentation
Hello, thanks for your interest in the platoon "Soldiers of Fortune". This platoon is based in Australia and involves players of BF3 who are lovers of the game and want to have fun whilst playing to win. If you are interested in joining this prestigious platoon, apply, and if you are considered a good match for the platoon, you will be accepted.
Gaining access to this platoon is not overly difficult; you will not be judged on any of your personal stats (i.e. K/D, Skill, W/L) but whether you are a team player. If you have an acceptable amount of heals, revives, resupply and whether you play your class. For example; an Assault should always provide health and revive fallen friends, an Engineer should always provide cover fire against vehicles and repair friendly vehicles, a Support should always provide suppression cover fire and resupply friends and a Recon should always be spotting foes and a spawn beacon should be placed in a tactical place. If you fill these requirements then you must pass the following compulsory items.
Compulsory Items:
1. A working mic (a proper mic that doesn't cause echo and loud interrupting sounds)
2. Good communication skills (Able to identify key points and foes on the map)
3. Be mature (You will not be allowed if you scream and complain every time you die)
4. Squad Leader Directions (Follow directions from you squad leader with no second thought)
5. Play with this Platoon (Play with 'Soldiers of Fortune' as a group once a week- Sunday is most likely, around 1pm, though we know real life comes into the occasion so try hard to make the time)
When we play together, you will be assigned a role by either the leader of 'Soldier of Fortune' or squad leader and you must stick with this during the game.
With all the information above, hopefully it has helped you with your decision on joining and knowing that you are joining a very prestigious platoon of players. Finally, we want everyone to be friends and have fun playing BF3!
