Platoon Presentation

MISSION STATEMENT - The formation of this platoon is to provide an environment where elite players can come together. You will be a deadly instrument individually and unstoppable as a team. Using your skills together we will be the elite warriors of ADHD providing the means and perseverance to win. Delta Specialists can be considered the flag ship of ADHD paving the way for the clan while providing a beacon for all to look too.

RECRUITMENT - All enlistees of this platoon will be experts in all aspects of BF3 including, infantry, air, vehicular, game modes and tactics. To achieve this high standard certain requirements must be met to be accepted into this elite platoon. The minimum requirements to be eligible to join are:
1 - A team player-----------------------6 - K/D of 1.25 or better---------------11 - 1 Air warfare medal
2 - Effective communicator----------7 - Colonel Rank-----------------------12 - 75+ hours of game play
3 - Use of a Mic-------------------------8 - Skill of 300 or better---------------13 - Follow orders
4 - Member of ADHD------------------9 - 1 Service star in all kits-----------14 - 2 to 3 times a week of active duty
5 - Display ADHD tag-----------------10 - 1 Armored warfare medal

PLATOON ORGANIZATION (fire teams / ranks) - Knowing your role and having proper organization are the building blocks of success. To accomplish this the platoon will be broken down into one squad (ALPHA) with 3 four man fire teams. Each man in a fire team will be given a rank separate from BF3, which is the only rank that will matter in the field. Based on your rank will determine if you are giving orders or executing them.

TRAINING / SQUAD DEPLOYMENT - To be an effective elite warrior you need to keep your skills and knowledge always growing and improving. Through training this will be accomplished, the platoon will train on a weekly schedule with one to two training sessions a week. Each training session will last around 1 hour and cover a topic that needs improving. Also at times the entire squad will be called up for a squad deployment in which case the entire squad will play in a match.

Everyone please continue to bare with me as my xbox gets hooked back up and I continue recruitment for this platoon. I have no forgotten or abandoned this platoon or clan, I just haven't had my xbox back online yet, the remodeling has taken longer then expected. Though I encourage everyone in the platoon already, to start getting together and playing if you have not already done so. Once I am back online this platoon will sky rocket and the ball will be rolling. Happy Hunting- Hitman
