I've been getting a BSOD since beta. it happens absolutely randomly. Sometimes I play for about 5 mintues and it then bluescreens. Other times I can play for about 3-4 hours then it bluescreens. I KNOW its not a ram issue. I have tested it, no errors. I also NEVER get any BSOD in any other game.

I used BlueScreenView to see what exactly was causing it. It says "Caused by driver: ntoskrnl.exe" in address "ntoskrnl.exe+7cc40"
I've tried rolling back drivers to 285.38 it does the same thing.
Any ideas?

this is a memory leak in the game..... its not your pc . wait for patch... hope it fixes memory management issues with multiple cpu and gpu's ..

Another "wait for the patch" fix.

If it was a memory leak it wouldnt be happening right away.

Slitka, defrag your hard drive and checkdisk it. Make sure you have plenty of space on it. Clean out your temp directories as well. Do that first, then defrag and checkdisk. If you havent ran those utilities in a while, it will take some time to do.

Looking at your DXDIAG file, you are also running the older video drivers. Try upgrading those if the above doesnt fix it.

Also, I dont know who makes your motherboard, but the BIOS info on it is 04/14/10 17:53:51 Ver: 09.06. That may be a little old and have memory issues that when playing Battlefield, will cause. Since Battlefield is a memory intensive game, it may be writing into areas that your other games have not. Check and see if you have a BIOS update and see what has been fixed in them.
If you're new to BF4 and getting frustrated about higher ranked players:
